Gia Thinh currently supplies Contact Plate Freezers with capacities ranging from 500 kg/batch to 2,000 kg/batch.

Technical Specifications:

• Cabinet Shell & Door: Insulated with Polyurethane (PU).

• Hinges & Door Latches: Constructed from SS316 stainless steel.

• Cabinet Frame: Engineered to withstand hydraulic cylinder pressing forces from 15 to 50 kgf/cm² (customizable upon customer request).

• Plate Lifting/Lowering Frame: Fabricated from SS304 stainless steel box tubing.

• Liquid Supply & Suction Headers: SS304 stainless steel.

• Refrigerant Hoses: High-durability SUMITOMO RIKO hoses (Tokai, Japan).

• Hydraulic Cylinder System: Equipped with ABB motors, GPEON hydraulic pumps, Yuken hydraulic solenoid valves, CESKO pressure switches (Japan), a galvanized oil tank and cylinder casing, and an integrated electrical control panel.
