From June 4 to June 6, 2026, the Board of Directors of Gia Thinh Heat Exchanger Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. organized a special summer trip to Da Lat for all employees. More than just a meaningful welfare activity to express appreciation for the team’s dedicated efforts, the trip also served as a strategic opportunity to consolidate internal strengths, foster unity, and fuel momentum for the company’s next phases of growth.
Leaving behind the fast-paced atmosphere of the office and production facility, the Gia Thinh family arrived in the highlands filled with excitement and unity. From the very first moments of the journey, the harmony and strong connection among members from various departments created a remarkably warm atmosphere, bridging every gap.
The highlight of the trip was an exciting Team Building program. In the cool Da Lat weather, everyone joined forces to pass fun challenges requiring teamwork and strategy.
Each game showed that when we work together, we can overcome any obstacle. The discipline of the factory team and the quick thinking of the office staff joined together to create strong teamwork—just like the core values Gia Thinh always follows.
The Gala Dinner right after was a memorable night to look back on our journey and thank everyone for their hard work. In the opening speech, the Board of Directors expressed pride in the team’s dedication and reaffirmed Gia Thinh’s vision to continuously improve service quality and employee well-being.
The party was formal yet warm, filled with creative and lively performances that brought everyone together as one.
