From May 29 to June 1, 2024, Gia Thinh Company organized a summer trip to Nha Trang for all staff members. The trip aimed to care for our employees’ spiritual well-being and offer a relaxing getaway after days of hard work.
As one of the company’s annual activities, this trip brought joyful moments of rest to reward everyone’s dedicated efforts over the past year. It also strengthened team unity, inspiring renewed enthusiasm and higher work efficiency for the days ahead.
Beyond providing relaxation to help employees recharge their working spirit, the company organized a Team Building program to foster fun, interaction, and stronger bonding among staff. This aligns everyone into a unified team, dedicated to delivering even better services to our customers.
By creating engaging opportunities through Team Building, leadership helped boost morale and drive higher work efficiency across the entire workforce.
In addition, through the Team Building program, leadership encouraged employees to form effective workgroups and build team spirit—aligning minds and efforts toward a shared goal and common success.
Company leadership also paid special attention to the “little ones,” giving the children an exciting and meaningful summer with gifts and rewards to celebrate their academic achievements over the past school year. During the Gala Dinner, the kids got to join in fun games and showcase their talents in singing, dancing, and stand-up comedy.
